CleanRoute Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

CleanRoute is provided by NJ App Development. This policy explains how the CleanRoute iOS app and cleanroute.njappdevelopment.com handle information. Contact us at nicholas.jones@njappdevelopment.com.

Information we process

When you create an account or sign in, we process your email address, account identifier, and the sign-in method you choose (email, Google, or Apple). If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, we receive the relay address Apple supplies. We process the job information you enter, including client names, service addresses, dates, quoted hours and prices, extras, job status, notes, and edit history. The app may store pending changes on your device while offline. For Pro subscriptions, we process Apple product, transaction, and entitlement status to unlock features and mirror status to your account. Apple processes your payment; we do not receive your payment card details.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, save and sync jobs, show quotes and earnings, resolve differences between offline and cloud versions, maintain edit history, provide Pro access, respond to support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information or use job information for advertising.

Services involved

Cloud authentication and storage providers process account details and job records to operate CleanRoute. Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple process sign-in information if you choose those options. Apple handles in-app subscriptions, offer codes, and payments; we receive subscription status, not payment card details. Apple Maps receives address queries when you use suggestions, validation, or directions. Squarespace hosts the website and may process site visits and essential cookies. We use service providers to deliver these functions and require them to protect user data consistently with this policy. We do not share job information for advertising.

Storage, security, and retention

Account and job data may be stored with our cloud service providers and, for offline use, on your device. We use service access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We keep account and job information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. You can delete jobs in the app. The Account screen lets you delete your account and saved jobs after reauthentication. Provider logs and backups may remain for a limited period under provider retention practices or where law requires. Deleting the app alone does not delete your cloud account, and deleting your CleanRoute account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Your choices and rights

You can review and edit job details in the app, choose which version to keep when an offline conflict appears, and request help or deletion at nicholas.jones@njappdevelopment.com. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive your information; contact us to exercise them.

Children and changes

CleanRoute is intended for people running a cleaning business, not children. We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date.
